This listing is for a recurring monthly or yearly subscription to our Automation/Integrations Support service. Please select the $investment per month and the subscription billing cycle.
We can assist with:
â–² Updates to existing automations and integrations
â–² Updates to existing setups
â–² Education and training (including online meetings, video clip creation, audio recordings, etc.)
â–² Implementation of new features
â–² Strategy development or improvement
â–² Downtime support or troubleshooting
â–² Account monitoring and maintenance
Our time is billed as follows:
â–² All client liaison (including emails, phone calls, online meetings) – $75/hr
â–² Provision of any services, including as stated above – $150/hr
Terms and conditions
- We record our time using a time tracker tool which calculates total billable amount based on the rates stated above.
- Monthly subscription: Unused $investment does not roll over to the next month.
- Yearly subscription: Total billable amount is tracked on an annual basis and unused $investment in any month is rolled over to the following months.
- Monthly plan subscribers will be informed when the total billable amount is approaching your $investment per month.
- On a monthly subscription, any additional support time requested over the $investment amount will be invoiced separately every month (coinciding with the start date of your subscription), with nett 3 days payment term.
- On a yearly subscription, any additional support time requested over the total yearly $investment amount will be invoiced separately every month (coinciding with the start date of your subscription) according to full, non-discounted rate, with nett 3 days payment term.
*Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are non-refundable.
